The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

We discovered that metrics (latency, jitter, loss, agent liveness, and other time series data) sent from some of SEI agents were lost during the backend upgrade process. The issue happened approximately from 2023-03-03 18:25 through 2023-03-03 18:50 (UTC). Affected users may see gaps of metrics on the web dashboard around this time window.

While we are still investigating the root cause of the issue, the issue has been resolved and the all the functionality of the controller is operational at this moment.

We will be conducting backend upgrade within this time window. Actual work will take less than one hour. We don't expect any downtime, however create project requests could be rejected during the process.
